After condemning the collective punishment imposed on civilians in Gaza, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kaanani noted that while the governments of the community bloc ignore such massacres, the peoples of the region demand a halt to the genocide and war crimes against the Arab nation.

He added that the double standards practiced by the Parliament of the European Union are not hidden from the eyes and judgment of the world’s awakened awareness of the excesses committed by Israel.

In this context, several sources pointed out that despite international calls to boycott Israel, some European states continue to supply arms to the belligerent State.

A press release issued on November 19 by the Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned an attack by Israel’s military forces against a school run by the United Nations in northern Gaza, where hundreds of people were killed and wounded.
