Türkiye approves ceasefire and condemns Israel’s massacres in Gaza

Ankara, Nov 22 (Prensa Latina) Türkiye appreciated the ceasefire agreed between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, but warned that the tragedy in the occupied Palestinian territories exceeds the limits of tolerance.

We hope that this humanitarian pause will help to end the conflicts and initiate a process for a just and permanent peace based on the two-State solution, according to press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The text, released by the TRT Radio and Television Corporation, praises Qatar’s efforts for the realization of this agreement.

On the other hand, the President of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, affirmed that the tragedy taking place in the occupied Palestinian territories, especially in Gaza, exceeded the limits of humanity’s tolerance.

His words came out via a video conference during the G20 Leaders’ Summit.

It is clear that war crimes and crimes against humanity are being committed in Gaza. I call on you to take the initiative to establish a two-State solution, Erdogan stressed.
