The Embassy of the Arab nation disseminated a report from the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs where he addressed the outcome of the “joint mediation efforts with the Arab Republic of Egypt and the United States of America” with Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), which culminated in an agreement for a humanitarian truce.
The report noted that the truce will start on Thursday and last four days. It is subject to be extended.
The State of Qatar will continue its diplomatic efforts to de-escalate, stop the bloodshed, and protect civilians. It appreciates Cairo and Washington’s efforts to support the mediation to reach this agreement, the text pointed out.
