The head of the association, Freddy Vracko, strongly rejected the bill being processed by the Legislative, which foresees to reform the constitution so that only political parties will be allowed to attend regional elections to vote for governors.

“If Congress is going to want to act disrespectfully against the Constitution, we can be entities to promote national protests and one of them, to start with, is going to be on December 19 where we have coordinated with the civil construction federation,” he asserted.

Vracko added that the association will present legal appeals against the aforementioned project and if the parliament insists on its project, the rally will continue.
