According to the Government Press Office, Belize will be immediately withdrawing its Agreement for the accreditation of Einat Kranz-Neiger, Israeli ambassador to Belize, and will cancel all activities of the honorary consulate of Israel and the appointment of the honorary consul.

Belize also suspended all activities of the Honorary Consulate of Belize in Tel Aviv, withdrew the appointment of its honorary consul, as well as its request for accreditation of Jonathan Enav as honorary consul of Belize in Israel.

The Government of Belize has repeatedly condemned Israel´s war attacks on Gaza, and called on Israel to implement an immediate cease-fire and allow unimpeded access to humanitarian supplies.

Despite our requests, Israel has not stopped its violations of international humanitarian law, nor has it allowed relief workers to alleviate the suffering of millions of people.
