The exchange between both nominees to the Pink House will start at 21:00, local time, and will take place at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires.
The meeting will take place four days after a similar encounter between their running mates, Agustín Rossi (UP) and Victoria Villarruel (LLA), and will focus on topics such as the economy, human rights and democratic coexistence.
Massa and Milei will also present their proposals on security, production and labor, foreign relations, education and health.
Such topics were selected by lot and the participants will have a total of six minutes to address each topic.
The National Electoral Chamber informed that it will not allow the use of annotations or posters during the debate, thus rejecting a request made by Milei’s team.
For that entity, a candidate for that position must be able to explain by himself his government plans, without reading or displaying charts or graphs that may end up being controversial.
In addition, the Chamber reminded that there will not be any interruption between the candidates when they have the floor.
This is the third time that Massa and Milei will participate in a debate of this kind as part of the current electoral process, but now they will have more time to express their ideas since the candidates who were eliminated in the first round of the elections will not be present.
The runoff is scheduled for the 19th of this month.
