Kim Yun Mi, a columnist for the state-run news agency of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), cited as examples the situation on the Korean peninsula itself, in Europe and the Middle East, and criticized the outcome of the recent G7 foreign ministers’ meeting in Tokyo, Japan.
On the DPRK in particular, he pointed out that the final declaration of that meeting criminalized Pyongyang’s relations with the Federation, ignoring that they are sovereign and independent states, and made a hypocritical call for “total denuclearization”.
He further denounced that the G7 has become a puppet of the United States and follows its pattern of divisiveness, double standards, defamation and slander.
In this context, he blamed the bloc for the conflicts between Russia and Ukraine, for the butchery of the Palestinians by Israel and for the course of events in other regions, including the Korean peninsula.
The “aristocrats” of the old era gathered again (in Tokyo) to murmur about what is happening in the world, but they no longer have authority and are deprived of the title of nobility they claim, the commentator asserted.
