With just months of being launched on the market, the product is gaining acceptance among consumers every day, the company’s commercial director, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, told Prensa Latina.

A beverage that reflects the national culture and identity, said Gonzalez, whose name honors the popular festivities held in the center of the country, declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

The commercial director believes that Parranda is a very comfortable beer for our climate; it has a medium-high carbonation, which makes it pleasant to the palate and provides a cooler sensation in the heat, and now everyone wants to taste its rich flavor.

Talking about Parranda presentation at Fihav 2023 (until November 11), Gonzalez explained that during the days of the event they had a broad agenda of work with potential domestic and foreign clients interested in the beer.

At present, the novel beverage is already present throughout the country, he continued, we distribute to wholesale customers in Havana, central and eastern Cuba.

The new brand of beer is produced in a factory located in the Mariel Special Development Zone (ZEDM), considered the most modern of its kind in Latin America, with very low emissions of gas into the environment, said González.

The brewery was designed for a production volume of 1.5 million hectoliters, and is considered among the most modern of its kind in Latin America.

The joint venture -Cuba Ron and Swinkels Family Brewers Spain S.L., the Spanish subsidiary of the Swinkels Family Brewer group-, from its conception contemplated the circular economy and environmental protection.
