In an address to the secretaries of the Security Councils of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Patrushev regretted that the militarization of space and cyberspace is being carried out rapidly.
The security chief noted that Washington’s destructive policies have deteriorated global security, exacerbated old crises, created new ones, and prevented the peaceful resolution of conflicts.
