The book, whose author won the 2021 José Antonio Fernández de Castro National Award for Cultural Journalism, invites readers to tour Cuba’s culture, radio, and the country’s situation, and contains several articles that were acknowledged at the July 26 Contest, organized by the Union of Cuban Journalists (UPEC).
With a prologue by journalist Raúl Nogués and printed by Roque Libros, the 131-page book published in the Juventud Rebelde newspaper; La Jiribilla and Alma Mater magazines, the website of Cubaperiodistas, and the Cuban Radio news portal, among other media.
