The visit took place on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the visit to DPRK of the first secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel.
The diplomatic representative of the diplomatic headquarters, Boris Perez, highlighted in the visitors’ book the solidity of the relations between the two countries.
A few days ago in Pyongyang, a documentary was shown about the meeting five years ago between the Cuban leader and the general secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and chairman of State Affairs of the DPRK, Kim Jong Un.
Titled Historic Summit that wrote a new page of the Korea-Cuba friendship, the film material summarized the most important moments of Díaz-Canel’s visit (November 4 to 6, 2018).
On that occasion, the two leaders expressed the will to strengthen relations between the two nations.
