The population of the city, in the south of Sancti Spiritus province, which will celebrate its 510th anniversary in January, enjoyed a beautiful show where the performance of the hands, traditional songs, and dances made a journey through the Andean traditions.
The project inspires love and appreciation for the folkloric cultures of Chile and the world, cultivates values, and accompanies children and young people in their human formation.
Its director Fabiola Salinas Ubilla and the choreographer John Duarte Medina, expressed to the press their gratitude for the reception of the public, which they described as cultured people and knowledgeable about the realities of America.
The affection of the Cuban people is spectacular, they recognize Chile as a friendly country, with many things that unite us, Duarte Medina said.
