The Turkish president anticipated the work on new mechanisms to ensure the safety of all, whether Muslims, Christians or Jews, and assured that efforts are continuing to lay the foundations for an international peace conference.
Tayyip Erdogan recalled the shipment of 10 planes full of humanitarian aid material to the region and the continuity in the dispatch of new packages, as conditions on the ground allow.

Presidente de Türkiye calificó de tragedia humana situación en Gaza
Ankara, 3 nov (Prensa Latina) El presidente de Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, calificó hoy de tragedia humana sin precedentes la situación de los palestinos en la Franja de Gaza, tras la agudización del conflicto entre Israel y el movimiento de resistencia Hamas.
Durante una cumbre del Consejo de jefes de Estado de la Organización de Estados Túrquicos, con altos cargos además de Azerbaiyán, Kazajistán y Kirguistán, el mandatario lamentó el ‘brutal asesinato de niños inocentes’ en bombardeos del ejército de Tel Aviv, ante los ojos del mundo.
Mencionó los ataques a hospitales, escuelas, mezquitas, iglesias y campamentos de refugiados, ‘no hay concepto que pueda explicar esta brutalidad o excusar lo que hemos presenciado desde el 7 de octubre.
Se han cometido crímenes contra la humanidad en Gaza durante exactamente 28 días’.
En su discurso difundido por la cadena de televisión TRT aludió a la postura humanitaria y de principios asumida desde el primer momento que estalló la crisis y refirió como prioridad el establecimiento rápido de un alto al fuego humanitario.
El presidente turco adelantó el trabajo en nuevos mecanismos para la garantía de la seguridad de todos, sean musulmanes, cristianos o judíos, y aseguró que siguen los esfuerzos encaminados a la disposición de las bases de una conferencia internacional de paz.
Tayyip Erdogan recordó el envío de 10 aviones llenos de material de ayuda humanitaria a la región y la continuidad en la expedición de nuevos paquetes, según lo permitan las condiciones sobre el terreno.
