According to the St Vincent Times news service,on Friday, the president will speak about “The technological emancipation of Africa and the Caribbean in the digital space and the global drive for repair”, during the 15th ceremony of the Bells Technological University, in Nigeria.
Gonsalves is also scheduled to visit Accra, Ghana, on November 5, to meet with the president of that African country, Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, the source said.
The island state’s high commissioner in London, Cenio Lewis, and other officials will accompany the prime minister, who will return to the country on November 8.
