Gaza Interior Ministry Spokesman Iyad al-Bozm denounced the “cruel war” launched on October 7 by the government of far-right Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Israel is imposing a total blockade on the coastal enclave to isolate it from the world, Al-Bozm criticized.
After 23 days of siege, he stressed, the country continues to cut off water and electricity while preventing the entry of fuel, medicine, and food.
The spokesman insisted on the urgent need for fuel to run hospital generators, water purification plants, bakeries, ambulances, and cleaning vehicles.
He assured that the legendary firmness of this territory will defeat this aggression.
Al-Bozm described the “false justifications (by Israel) as lies and disinformation to prevent the entry of necessary humanitarian aid, including fuel.”
