Al-Assad also criticized what he called the “show” of European politicians when they make statements about what is happening in Gaza and defend Israel.

The coverage of the war is full of superficiality and racism on the one hand, and accusations and lies on the other, he pointed out.

Al-Assad indicated that the current escalation in Gaza returned the Palestinian cause to its true position in Arab awareness, and reiterated that Israel represents the cornerstone of the colonial project in the region.
