In this regard, before the end of the year, they plan to become a subsidiary company.

Then, when productions support it, they aspire to become an independent company, directly subordinated to the group.

The pre-feasibility studies on investments showed that there is a demand in the country of about 30,000 tons of this kind of packaging – not counting the new players in the economy – which can be met because the company has very productive and robust machines, capable of making up to 400 units per minute.

Without a reference industry, a group of its workers comes from the graphic arts area of Geocuba, from offset printing, although they say that the technology is very different, so they learned by themselves or in the manufacturer’s training.

Currently, more than 90 percent of production goes to the domestic food industry.
