The meeting is a continuation of the cooperation between the two parliaments, signed on October 18 in Havana.

The meeting in Luanda was attended by Rolando Gonzalez, chairman of ANPP´s International Relations Commission, Serguei Rachkov, head of the International Relations Department of the Council of the Republic, and Andrei Savinykh, head of the International Relations Department of the Belarusian House of Representatives.
