On X social media, the Green Party pointed out that the hostile and unjust US blockade is considered as major hustle for Cuba´s economic and social development and also a violation of human rights.

The Venezuelan party, defender of ecosocialism, indigenism and ecologism, claimed that Cuba ‘is not a terrorist State’, but a noble, thriving, solidarity, human and ‘unconditional brother’ of the Bolivarian Republic.

The right of the Cuban people to their future is a ‘legitimate, just and unpostponable aspiration’, the party stressed.

The political force also called for respect for the sovereignty and self-determination of the peoples, and demanded the immediate lifting of the ‘criminal blockade’ against Cuba.

The Venezuelan Green Party called for justice in the name of the sons of the Liberator Simon Bolivar and Commander Hugo Chavez (1954-2013) and gave cheers to Fidel (Castro), Chavez, and Presidents Miguel Diaz-Canel and Nicolas Maduro.

On November 1 and 2, Cuba will submit at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) the draft resolution on the need to put an end to the gonocidal blockade.
