“In the past two or three weeks of our active operations, the enemy has lost a large number of troops, the number is in thousands. And if we talk about war material, there are already hundreds of units, which is a lot,” Gaguin stated this Monday on his Telegram channel.
The government functionary went on to add that foreign weapons in the hands of the Ukrainian army “are beginning to run out” and that “without new aid, Ukraine will not be able to sustain itself.”
The Russian Ministry of Defense estimated that, in the last 24 hours, the Ukrainian army has suffered more than 550 casualties in the Donetsk sector of the front.
