The Health Ministry reported that Muhammad Suleiman Nawajaa, 17, was shot dead during clashes with soldiers who raided Jericho and the neighboring Aqabat Jaber and Ein as-Sulṭan refugee camps.
Israeli troops continued their wave of mass arrests in the West Bank on Saturday as part of their operations in the Gaza Strip, where more than 4,100 deaths have been reported.
According to Wafa, the officers arrested 41 people in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates and 26 others in the Hebron governorate in southern West Bank.
They also arrested 13 citizens in the Nablus governorate, where they stormed the village of Qasra on early Saturday.
