This establishment belongs to Palmares Extrahotel Company and has the Cuban Association of Bartenders (ACC)’s guidelines. It has been designated as the organizer of the event.

The bases for the 125th Daiquiri Anniversary Contest recall that the prestigious Floridita Bar-Restaurant organizes the competition El Rey del Daiquiri (Daiquiri King) every year, which has already celebrated eight editions, the last two of which with international nature, that convenes bartenders to reward the best preparation of the famous cocktail.

In this new edition, the master bartenders of the Floridita Bar will select the best bartender based on a technical evaluation and tasting, always in coordination with the ACC of the capital.

A meeting will be held at the Floridita bar on October 20, in which the competition’s details will be explained to clarify any doubts the participants may have.
