It’s the 10th International Gastronomic Seminar Excelencias Gourmet 2023, which will be held for three days at the Tropicana Cabaret, the most famous nightclub in the country (opened in 1939).

This event is also promoted by the Ministry of Tourism (Mintur) of Cuba and is part of the list of events related to the travel industry with the purpose of boosting the recovery of the sector.

Anson said during a video broadcast that this meeting gives visibility to the richness of Ibero-American gastronomy thanks to the efforts of the organizers.

Ansón also stressed the importance and transcendence of The New Gastronomy of the 21st Century, with the impetus of Ibero-America, making it possible for everyone to enjoy healthy, supportive, sustainable and satisfying food.

Meanwhile, the Spanish ambassador to Cuba, Ángel Martín Peccis, highlighted the commitment, and affection that his country feels for this island, where this mixture of gastronomic culture between both nations is a very important feedback.
