He insisted on a “liberal revolution” to end inflation and the political “caste.” He once again described as nefarious the premise that where there is a need, there is a right, defended by Peronism and supported by social and trade union organizations.
He also proposed a profound reform of the State, a drastic reduction in public spending, privatizations, opening the economy, and eliminating ministries, among other measures criticized by his opponents.
