The expert based his statement on a study conducted by Marriott International, and posted on Facebook that 77% of Latin Americans and residents in the Caribbean granted that travelling will be a priority in their personal budget by 2024.
The poll, conducted by Marriot International U.S. luxury hotel chain, adds that two out of every three people say that spending time to travel is more noteworthy than ever.
Marriott International presented the polls’ results on travel trends; the hotel chain interviewed 1,781 people in five key regional countries to learn about their interests, habits and preferred destinations.
The data collected revealed that 63% of those interviewed plan to take a vacation to prioritize their health and welfare, although only 27% currently consider travelling as a priority, so they save money for that purpose.
