Hezbollah issued a statement congratulating “the brothers of the Al-Qassam Brigades,” the military wing of the Hamas movement, “for the heroic action in a decisive response to the ongoing crimes committed by the occupation and the violation of sanctity, honor and dignity.”

Hezbollah stated that this large-scale operation “is a new confirmation that the will of the Palestinian people and the rifle of the resistance are the only option against aggression.”

The Lebanese Islamic Resistance, in turn, stressed that the Palestinian response is a message for the Arab and Islamic worlds and for the entire international community, especially for those who seek normalization with Tel Aviv, and called on the people of Lebanon and the free countries of the world to declare their support for the Palestinian people and the resistance movements.

Hezbollah leaders are closely following important developments on the Palestinian scene and the situation on the ground, the statement stressed.
