According to the St. Vincent Times newspaper, both administrations want to promote friendly ties and develop mutually beneficial cooperation in a variety of fields.

The joint communiqué was recently signed in New York City by the Caribbean country’s ambassador to the United Nations, Inga Rhonda King, and her counterpart from the African nation, Marc Hermanne Araba.
