Terrorist attack on Cuban Embassy in US denounced in Argentina

Buenos Aires, Sep 25 (Prensa Latina) Alejandro Rusconi, member of the American Association of Jurists and activist of the Movimiento Evita in Argentina, denounced a terrorist attack on the Cuban Embassy in Washington, the United States.

The attack, which was perpetrated on Sunday night, was also repudiated by the representation of the Communist Party in the province of San Luis and by the coordinator of the Latin American and Caribbean Continental Network of Solidarity with Cuba, Norberto Champa Galiotti.

(US President Joe) Biden must investigate terrorist organizations that enjoy impunity in the United States. Cuba must be removed from the State Sponsors of Terrorism list, Galiotti said.

On Tuesday, Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel denounced what happened and demanded answers from US authorities.

“Last night, hatred once again launched a terrorist attack on our embassy in Washington, in an act of violence and powerlessness that could have cost valuable lives,” the head of State stressed.
