Solidarity group in Costa Rica demands end to violence against Cuba

San José, Sep 25 (Prensa Latina) The Yamileth López Bolivarian Circle (CBYLO) of Costa Rica on Monday demanded an end to violence and the war by the US terrorist state against Cuba and its people.

In view of the recent attack on the Cuban Embassy in the United States, we join the most categorical protest and worldwide repudiation of this act of war against the diplomatic headquarters and the impunity with which counterrevolutionary terrorists act in the United States, the CBYLO condemned in a statement.

The Cuba solidarity group stresses that it is impossible to remain silent in the face of the violence plotted and perpetrated against Cuba’s sovereignty, integrity and security and its hard-working, exemplary and enlightened people.

Once again, it has been demonstrated that terrorism is created in Washington’s pro-war facilities. It is palpable that Cuba is a victim of Yankee State terrorism, by action or omission.

Criminals and mercenaries act and conspire freely on US territory, the group warned. With these pretexts the aristocrats and tyrants of the United States try to hide their terrorist games, they stated in the letter.

The CBYLO also demanded an end to counterrevolutionary and terrorist violence against Cuba and the country’s removal from the list of countries that allegedly promote terrorism, according to the arbitrary, unilateral and deplorable blockade and campaign by the United States against Cuba.
