The poster, attached to the sides of a tourist bus, displays the historic image of the Commander-in-Chief alongside a group of fighters hoisting the flag of the National Front for the Liberation of Southern Vietnam, and his historic statement, “we are ready to give even our own blood for Vietnam.”

The initiative is the result of collaboration between Cuba’s Consulate General in the southern metropolis, the departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the People’s Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City, the state company Anh Viet Hop on Hop off and the University of Fine Arts.

The Cuban Consul in Vietnam Ariadne Feo Labrada told Prensa Latina that the bus will be circulating until September 30th, preceding precede the celebration in the city of an event commemorating the historical date.
