Angola called the meeting to analyze several issues related to the bloc’s work.

The Troika is made up of Angola, Kenya, and Suriname.

At the opening ceremony, the Angolan leader praised the significance of the Organization which brings together about 1.5 billion people spread over three continents and 79 countries, representing “a not inconsiderable force in the concert of the nations.”
