Another 59 residents of the village, mostly children and teenagers, were urgently admitted in the hospital in the city of Bouaké, as they suffered from vomits and diarrhea for reasons that are yet undetermined, according to doctors, who said that the patients who died were minors.
The story circulating among the population is that the infected persons consumed corn porridge of a certain brand, but for the time, there is no report to determine the degree of responsibility of the product.
