Kim Jong Un returns to DPRK after visit to Russia

Pyongyang, Sep 19 (Prensa Latina) The general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong-UN, has returned to the country after a visit to Russia, the state news agency KCNA reported. Kim, who is also supreme commander of the DPRK Armed Forces, entered the country through the Tumangang Border Railway Station and extended warm greetings to the Korean people, KCNA said.

Kim was invited by Russian President Vladimir Putin to hold official and private talks with him.

From September 12 to 18, he also visited armaments factories, rocket, air and naval defense units, as well as space exploration and research centers.

The DPRK-Russia relations are experiencing a period of prosperity, KCNA summed up his six-day stay in Russia.
