On September 19, another attack started off in Nagorno-Karabakh, after Baku announced the beginning of “local anti-terrorist measures” and called for the withdrawal of the Armenian military from the region.

Yerevan stated that there were no Armenian Armed Forces in Karabakh and described what was happening as “full-scale aggression.”
