Kagame called for greater cooperation among the nations of the Global South and recalled that access to technology remains unequal.
Focusing on the Summit´s main issu, aimed at analyzing the challenges in science, technology and innovation, Kagama considered it imperative to identify openings for developing the productivity of the G77+China member states through Artificial Intelligence (AI), and also stressed the pressing need to close gap between rich and poor countries.
