The Rwandan president heads his country’s delegation to the meeting that will be held from tomorrow till Saturday at the Havana International Conference Center (HICC).
Verma, on the other hand, arrived in Cuba leading an Indian delegation that will raise its voice at the Summit.
This has been a hectic day in Havana after the arrival of several presidents, foreign ministers and ministers who will be attending the Summit.
Representatives of other Latin American, Asian and African nations are expected to arrive in the coming hours.
