Nearly 400 swimmers from Mexico, the United States, Peru, Spain, and Cuba will compete in different modalities ranging from 750m to 10km. It will include young athletes up to the Master’s category, Villareal stated.

Villareal stressed that 90% of participants who took part in the 1st edition are repeating this year. This shows the level of acceptance of a competition that aims to grow even more and expects to have more than 500 participants next year.
