Minh Chinh reiterated the call to focus efforts on overcoming the consequences and urgently investigating the cause of the fire and ordered to improve the rules and regulations for fire prevention and extinguishing in mini condominiums and densely populated residential areas, but with narrow access roads.

According to the VNA news agency, the fire broke out shortly after 23:00 (local time) last night in a nine-story residence and, in addition to killing dozens of people, injured more than twenty others.
