The top military study center founded by Hugo Chávez -wrote the holder in this digital media- ‘forges civic and military virtues, teaches the sciences and arts of the career of arms and above all: ‘To love and defend Venezuela’.

The military institution ‘is a university all along the line, today it shines by itself in the national context, for its organizational capacity, for all that it leaves for the development of the nation’, said the head of the institution, in a ceremony for the anniversary of that entity, quoted by Venezolana de Televisión.

Padrino recalled that in 2010, Commander Hugo Chávez Frías launched, in a meeting with high-ranking officers, the initiative to create this institution ‘which today is a reality’ and the then President described it as a ‘new experiment’.

‘It has already been 13 years forging victorious generations ‘LET’S GO ON!”, wrote the defense minister.
