“The 11th Moscow International Conference on Security confirmed Russia’s high authority on the international scene and demonstrates the failure of the West’s collective actions against our government,” he said in a videoconference with the Armed Forces high command.

Shoigu also summed up the results of the Army 2023 International Military-Technical Forum held in August, which was attended by 1,500 companies and organizations, including 83 foreign companies, which exhibited 28,500 samples of military and dual-use products.

“The forum was attended by military delegations from 83 countries, including 41 high-level delegations, as well as representatives of six international organizations,” he referred.

Twenty state contracts totaling more than 400 billion rubles (four billion dollars) were also concluded.

“We are ready to build equal partnership relations in the military-technical sphere,” the minister added.
