According to data from the National Electoral Chamber, “La Libertad Avanza” (LLA) party obtained 7, 352, 244 votes (29.86%), “Juntos por el Cambio” (JxC) party got 6, 895, 941 (28%) and “Union por la Patria” (UP) party gained six, 719,042 (27.28%).
Compared to the provisional count, LLA decreased 0.18 points, JxC 0.27 and UP 0.1.
In addition, the “Hacemos por Nuestro Pais” coalition got (3.71%) and “Frente de Izquierda y de Trabajadores Unidad” party obtained (2.61%) both parties surpassed the 1.5% required to be able to compete in the general elections of October 22.
A figure of 1,356,480 blank ballots and 309,807 invalid ballots were registered. The turnout was 69.62% of 34,491,607 voters, which means that 10.5 million Argentines did not cast their votes and could define presidential elections in October.
