Sedorov told BelTA news agency that these nations, although not members of the CSTO, are friends and will be observers at the Combatant Brotherhood 2023 exercises to be held in this nation from September 1 to 6.
The high-ranking military officer pointed out that the CSTO does not show aggression or target its actions against third countries during its exercises.
Sidorov added that the CSTO countries are also coordinating invitations to send observers to the Collective Brotherhood exercises to be held on the territory of Kazakhstan.
Founded in 1992, the CSTO includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
