According to the source on its official website, the propulsion system of the automatic station performed an orbital correction that lasted 40 seconds, with the aim of providing the best conditions for the subsequent landing on the Moon.
Roscosmos pointed out that the orbit correction proceeded normally.
“All on-board systems of the Luna-25 are working perfectly, and communications with the apparatus is stable,” the space agency added.
