On his Twitter account, the head of Government informed that the visitor intends to expand the hotel chain’s management in Cuba, where it runs 7,000 rooms, and has invested in a water park.
The MGM Group was founded in 1963 and operates more than 50 hotels and resorts in Portugal, Spain, Scotland, the United Kingdom, Cuba, France, Kenya, and India.
It was also the first Indian chain to establish itself in Cuba six years ago.
The opening of the first LGBTIQ+ hotel, the Grand Muthu Rainbow Hotel on Cayo Guillermo, in Jardines del Rey (King’s Gardens), in central Ciego de Avila province, is among its achievements, the Cuban News Agency (ACN) reported.
