On Twitter, the Cuban foreign minister offered his deepest condolences to the victims´ families and friends.

According to Bolivian media, the accident left (so far) 20 dead and 39 injured, the latter receiving medical attention in different health care centers.

The incident cropped up when a passenger bus plunged into a ravine in the vicinity of 82 km route in the town of Locotal, on the Cochabamba-Santa Cruz highway.
