Five shells hit the base in the Koniko gas field and four others on the Pentagon’s enclave in the Al-Omar oil fields, both in the eastern governorate of Deir Ezzor, Al-Watan reported.
The newspaper added that the US base in Shaddadi, in the northwestern province of Hasakeh, was also targeted by a missile and several drones.
A US military garrison south of the Ain Issa city in Raqa governorate was hit by two mortar shells.
Popular Resistance claimed responsibility for the these actions, according to two press releases.
Washington has at least a dozen bases in Syria, mostly in the oil and gas fields in northeastern al-Jazeera, mainly in Hasakeh, while maintaining one in the Tanef area, bordering Iraq, to prevent any ground communication between the two countries.
