One of the places visited by the State Affairs chairman of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) was a plant that produces large-caliber self-propelled reactive rocket launcher projectiles.
There, he inspected the progress of the modernization of technical processes and the implementation of the recommendations he made during his visit on November 9 last year. At another facility, Kim Jong-un tested a sniper rifle for himself and said that the modernization of sniper rifles is one of the most important and urgent tasks in the preparation for war.
At the end of his tour, the DPRK’s top leader stressed that the modernization of armaments has made considerable progress and greatly enhanced the country’s defense capability.
