“The Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted an attack on the Novorossiysk naval base using two naval drones, but they were visually detected and destroyed by fire from Russian ships protecting the naval base,” the official website of the Ministry of Defense stated.

On Friday, some Telegram channels reported several explosions in the waters near Novorossiysk and in the Misjako area, south of the city.

Lately, strikes by Ukrainian naval drone have been directed at targets in the Crimean peninsula and Russian warships in the Black Sea.
