The expert said on Tuesday in an interview with the Rossiskaya Gazeta newspaper that in addition to a reduction in extraction of another 500,000 barrels a day of crude oil in March, this means that Russia is cutting down its oil production by one million barrels a day.
Rodionov pointed out that the reduction in Russian oil exports practically began earlier than announced, always voluntarily on the part of the energy authorities of the Russian Federation.
For its part, the Finnish Center for Studies on Energy and Clean Air reported that Russian oil exports amounted to more than 2.5 million euros only between July 17 and 23.
This performance was the result of an increase in crude oil prices in July due to a decrease in supplies in the world market. jg/llp/lam/gfa
