At the end of Monday, 50 patients had been admitted, 29 were suspected and 21 were confirmed active, all of them with stable clinical evolution.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, the country has accumulated 14 380 672 samples, of which 1 115 046 were positive.

All those diagnosed were contacts of confirmed cases and are under 20 years of age.

To date, Cuba has accumulated 8,530 deaths for a mortality rate of 0.76 percent compared to 1.0 percent in the world and 1.53 percent in the Americas.
